  • We operate hovercraft flying sessions at our incredible purpose built flying arena in Cornwall. Set in a beautiful flooded quarry, your instructor will coach you on our flying field and then on to the lake for water starts and spins.
  • Anyone can fly at Hoverworld, as long as you are16 years old or over, and weigh 100 kg (220lbs) or less.
  • Safety: Hoverworld provides bouyancy aids and ear protection and has full Public Liability Insurance. Hoverworld Instructors will coach you as you learn.
  • All sessions booked in advance: 10.00am to 4.00pm. Leave 2 - 2 ½ hours free.
  • 4 people minimum per group (Less than four of you? let us know and we'll arrange your session if we can).
  • Clothing: Trainers/sandals and outdoor clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. You’ll be outdoors for a couple of hours so be ready for the weather!
  • Food: we can book Breakfast/Lunch/supper for you, just let us know in advance.

  • Set your satnav to PL143PJ and follow the brown tourism signs to kartworld.
  • From Newquay / Wadebridge,
    A30 towards Bodmin. Then A38 towards Liskeard / Plymouth, 3 miles past Liskeard on the left hand side (follow Brown Tourism Signs on A38). Turn off at Menheniot exit).
  • From Truro / St Austell,
    A390 towards Liskeard then A38 heading towards Plymouth / Liskeard. 3 miles past Liskeard on left hand side (follow Brown Tourism Signs on A38 after Liskeard exit). Turn off at Menheniot exit.
  • From Launceston,
    A388 towards Saltash / Plymouth, then A390 at Callington, head towards Liskeard then A38 and head along A38 for 3 miles turning off at Menheniot exit. Follow Brown Tourism Signs
  • From Plymouth / Devon,
    A38 towards Liskeard. We are 3 miles before Liskeard on the right hand side (follow Brown Tourism Signs). Turn off at Menheniot exit.
